Warppool
Browser-native GPU compute. Use the silicon that already exists, instead of building another data center.
Warppool started as a UVA MSDS class project on browser-native distributed compute and is now a company operating on a B-Corp-style charter — certification in progress. The pitch is simple: billions of GPUs already exist in phones and laptops, mostly idle. Move the compute there instead of pouring concrete for a new data center. Researchers run free. Everyone else pays per completed millisecond and funds the rest.
